Metroprop (Pty) Ltd has been active in the administration and related functions of all types of properties for over 70 years. We currently administer in excess of 200 properties varying from shopping complexes, office blocks, industrial premises and blocks of flats to individual flats and houses.

We have in addition to the Management Staff a team of lease brokers who actively participate in the management function by assisting in securing tenants for vacant areas in the portfolio properties.

Due to the complexity and variety of functions necessary for the successful administration of properties, our company installed the MDA software system which has an excellent built in security system, which limits user access only to the field in which they are allowed to operate. There can thus be no breach of confidentiality. The system is self-balancing and offers the following facilities:
  1. Direct input to the system e.g., Receipting of tenants monies.
  2. Tenants rent roll history (for analysis of tenant’s accounts).
  3. Querying tenants account status (credit control).
  4. Arrear listing of all tenants.
  5. Status of the co-owners account e.g., Cash available, amounts expended with full details of each payment made.
